Welcome
Most of your dumps show memory as the issue.
Lets start with problematic software:
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Pro Public:Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Pro Public
Start Menu\Programs\BitDefender 2011 Public:Start Menu\Programs\BitDefender 2011 Public
Start Menu\Programs\Autodesk Public:Start Menu\Programs\Autodesk Public
Daemon tools is a known cause of blue screens. If you search this forum, you will find a lot of threads about it.
Please uninstall BitDefender and Autodesk while we are troubleshooting with your computer.
MSE is recommended by almost all members on our forum and known to be the most compatible antivirus with windows 7.

Ok. This is what I have done:
Uninstalled the three software as requested. Installed MSE as recommended.
Ran SFC 3x - no probems detected
Ran SeaTools - no problems detected
Ran memtest as follows:
1. Individually tested all 4 memory modules each on a different slot except for slot DDR_2 - all memory modules passed.
2. Installed all 4 memory modules and ran memtest - memory test failed.
3. Ran individual test again - 1 memory module failed on slot DDR_2
4. Tested same memory on Slot DDR_3 & 1 - Passed on both slots
5. Tested 2 other memory modules on slot DDR_2 - both passed
6. Tested 4th memory module on slot DDR_4 - Passed
7. Tested 2 memory modules at the same time on slot DDR_4 & 2 - passed
8. Test all 4 memory modules at the same time - passed
*All tests ran for 6 passes or more
Just restarted system, and have to wait and see if problem recurs.
Prior to the first memtests BSOD occurred about 4 times more
Any idea why those instances that memory failed the test one time happened and now they all passed after subsequent tests?
Thanks for your help.
