Since this is a laptop, any gaming puts pretty good stress on components and that leads to heat build up. Excessive heat can cause many of the problems you're experiencing. Make sure vents aren't blocked and maybe consider investing in a cooling pad.

I did my best to keep it cool. If I'm at home, my laptop generally heats up to 60 - 65c, but when I'm in dorm, it can get up to 92c. Even I turn on the fan and put a mini fan on side, it only gets down to 75 - 85c. Not sure is it related to the heat, but my fingerprint reader stopped working now. It shows in device manager, but it won't detected in the Lenovo's fingerprint software.

What part heats to 92C? If the GPU it might be OK, but that is far to hot for your CPU.

Did the machine ever run well? For instance, when it was new out of the box did it have any problems?

I'm curious about what this statement means:

The first time I mess it up so badly, formatted the hard drive and installed a clean os on it.
    • The first time? Was this machine "messed up" more than once?
    • How did you mess it up? What did you do? And what were the results?
    • After you clean installed, did it run well? Or did problems start after you started installing drivers? After you installed programs?

The more information you can give will make it easier for folks to determine the cause and cure. Otherwise we are all just shooting in the dark.

Video drivers: where did you get the driver you installed for the nVidia chip? From Lenovo or from nVidia?

It was running really well when I first bought it. Then I used factory reset once and it still running fine. Until I dual boot Ubuntu. (first time mess up begins here) I was changing windows 7 theme by replacing files in windows folder. I messed it up to the point where every button is not working and the text on the buttons are gone. I thought I might reinstall windows by ask my friend to burn a win7 image onto an USB and do a clean install. With all the stuff happened including my other USB got messed up and lost my files. Including all the things happened. I ended up formatted the whole hard drive, installed windows 7 and from now on, windows starts up take longer than before and finger print reader never works now.

I got the nvidia graphic drivers from nvidia website and the hd graphics from the windows update.

    Hi,

The BSOD seems to be caused by something that's connected to your USB and Synaptics touch pad driver.

Try reinstalling the drivers for it or disable it. You might also find this tutorial helpful:
Might as well list some problematic software for you:
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\AVG Public:Start Menu\Programs\AVG Public
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite Public:Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite Public
Replace AVG with Microsoft Security Essentials. MSE is free, light weight and does not create problems on the Windows 7 OS. :)

Daemon tools is known to cause BSOD. Please uninstall it.

Free up your start-up as well:

Did you reinstall windows on this new laptop? Reinstalliing may help you get rid of all the bloatware.

The sfc /scannow command (System File Checker) scans the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible

    Try this way.
Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
After you have a clean fresh install....

    Some hardware tests to run.

    Graphics card:

    Hard drive(s):
Pick one for your HDD brand or use Seatools.
7 Free Hard Drive Testing Software Tools

    RAM (memory):
This will require memtest on a bootable CD or USB stick.
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

If you have a 32 bit OS, you can only use about 3.5GB of RAM.

Now its like my computer will boot, sometimes it gets to the welcome screen and it turn black. A windows pops up saying "tablet driver is not working" Its the bamboo driver. Sometimes, it gets into desktop, but everything isn't responding and I can see the wireless is still in connecting. Many weird stuff happening to it. I have two privated games in it, I'm sure they are not the cause of all this mess. Btw my room smells like trash...
