BSOD Occurs When System Attempts Sleep Mode
I have a Dell Studio XPS that has been rebuilt on replaced HD's. Installation was completed using Dell's Windows 7 SP1 Installation disk along with the latest drivers from Dell's website. All seemed to be going well until I set the Power Settings to use sleep mode. Upon doing so I discovered that system crashes when it attempts to enters or when I select Sleep Mode. I've spent the better part of the day researching this issue and trying to find a solution. During my search for a solution I ran across this forum. I've tried the fixes that I could find however none have corrected the issue.
Prior to downloading and using the SF Diagnostic Tool I ran sfc /verifyonly. It's output did not reveal any problems;
Output of the SF Diagnostic Tool is attached.Code:C:\Windows\system32>sfc /verifyonly Beginning system scan. This process will take some time. Beginning verification phase of system scan. Verification 100% complete. Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
Just in case there's a relationship to the problem, I mistakenly installed a NEC USB driver. Try as I may, I cannot figure out how to remove the driver. No items show in the "Add Remove Programs" or "Device Manager". The files associated with this driver are named nusb3hub.sys and nusb3xhc.sys. They were created by Renesas Electronics and are dated 30/09/2010 12:00:03 AM

Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
