random BSOD/freeze while using pc error code 0x000003

    hi,
i got the problem of random BSOD/freeze. when my pc reboots sometimes he reboots again at the page loading operating system. and i keep receiving the BSOD/freez after that it appears in 20-30 min. the only way to stop the freezes or BSOD's are that when my memory is half available (i got 8GB DDR3 and it only shows 3.99GB available). the things i tried already are :
    -newest driver of GPU
    - memtest for 24h : no error's ( also tested the module's one by one and all together )
    -reassamble the pc.
-forcing windows to use the 8GB of ram (in MSconfig)
    -tested my memory on GPU
does anyone know how to fix it i'm out of idea's for the fix. here are the dump files

    greets

The reason why your computer can access only 3.99 GB is that you have 32 bit OS.

Install 64 Bit OS and your computer will be able to access 8 GB Ram
