Thank you for your reply. I will try the driver and see what happens. :)

I have download the driver. And I have tried to update the driver, but Windows says that the driver is the latest.
I have uninstall Avira. There is no anti-virus software in my computer. The same problem occurs today.
Start up
Keep less stuff at the start-up. Only anti-virus, this helps avoid driver conflicts and improves time to log in to windows.

I find one running service belong to Mcafee, named 'Mcafee activation service'. So I check the registry and found the key. Then I deleted it. By far my computer seems normal. I hoped it will keep. I will keep observing.
I'm afraid that we've got a false impression before, the problem hasn't been solved, it still exists. But it becomes more interesting. If it gets a successful sleep since boot, the following sleep would be successful. But there is a chance that the first sleep turned out to be a BSOD. Here is what I did those days: I put the computer into sleep when the computer has just boot. It would often be successful. This is a temporary solution, while the root cause is still unknown. I wonder if you get some ideas ?
It'll take time before we find a fix.
Driver Verifier
Let's run driver verifier and see if it catches any misbehaving drivers: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
I've tried that. I selected all drivers not provided by Microsoft Corporation, then when I tried to reboot my computer, it got a straight BSOD on the start-up screen. I restored my computer, and there was no dump files found.
