Windows 7 unresponsive, keep getting BSOD, nothing will work.
My computer has been fine, I;ve had it for about nearly a year now. I turned it on today and it was working fine until it crashed and went to the BSOD saying an error had been found etc..
I let it restart and turn itself back on, (this happens quite often) but everything became unresponsive. Tabs came up saying all my browsers, programs such as steam and skype were unresponsive and that the taskbar and microsoft was unresponsive too.
I could move the mouse but I was not able to open any programs.
After a couple minutes of being unresponsive my computer screen turned to the colour of my wallpaper with nothing on it.
Every time I tried turning it back on it would do the same thing, everything becoming unresponsive.
It also said that microsoft could be out of date, but it never previously notified me of an update??
My anti-virus once came up about 3 months ago saying a trojan had been found but it had been disposed of.
I don't know whether it's a problem with the computer itself or if it's a malware or trojan?
I have no idea on what to do, help?!
