Hi,
Your Nividia drivers and Nforce networking drivers are causing issues, also some USB issues.

Driver Issues:
Code:
Driver: nvlddmkm.sys
Dated: Fri Jun 21 10:06:16 2013
Refers to: Nvidia video drivers.
As you have the latest driver installed, I would suggest Rolling back to the previous version.
If that does not fix the issue, then you may try this newer BETA version
Code:
Driver: nvmf6264.sys
Dated: Thu Aug 12 12:46:06 2010
Refers to: Nividia Nforce networking controller
Please install this driver: NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.56WHQL
This driver pre-dates windows and needs updating or removed, maybe a left over driver:
Code:
Driver: ASACPI.sys
Dated: Mon Mar 28 03:30:36 2005
Refers to: Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (a known BSOD maker in Win7 and Win8).
Also a part of many Asus utilities.
Please update to 2009 driver, if issues persist, uninstall:
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M4N75TD/#support_Knowledge_51238F06-1E1F-FB63-DF3A-6FC32213CCA0
If this program is not present on your system, then navigate to:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers
Locate the ASACPI.sys driver and rename to ASACPI.sys.old
Reboot. Do any issues arise?
