Got BSOD when system restore

    Got BSOD when system restore


    So when I system restore using a restore point I made manually then after it finish I restart then that's when the BSOD appear. I tried using system restore in safe mode but the restore points are gone and I can't use restore points too. Please I need help! I follow this > Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions but when I run the SF_Diagnostic_Tool.exe there's no folder appearing in the desktop, I'm currently in safe mode and this information all I had:

    I'll try using the SF_Diagnostic_Tool.exe but I don't what's the problem, there's no folder showing up.

    Hi KEI,

    Please navigate to:

    C:\Windows\Minidump and post up the .dmp files located in that folder.
