BSOD: Installed new Hard Drive on PC

    Hello,

I had a use who had a hard drive failure a week ago, so I sent him one with the same OS installed on it from our HQ. However, he has already had a BSOD on it. Can you please analyze it so I can get him fixed up? Thanks in advance for your help! Zip file is attached.

Apparently the BSOD is caused by Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet driver.
    Code:

Update it from Ethernet NIC Driver Downloads | Broadcom

    Let us know the results.

    * Is SonicWall NetExtender a must there? At least dont put it at startup.

    Hello,

Thanks again for your analysis. I updated the driver and disabled the start up of SonicWall NetExtender; he must use it for VPN access but he can manually start it up if he needs it. I'll monitor him today and tomorrow and if not BSOD, we can consider this solved. Thanks!
