It could be bad video memory, or some bad connections/solder on the graphics PCB. Who knows? As far as I know, if a clean reinstall and various drivers didn't help, it can't be software - it must be hardware or firmware (i.e. BIOS).

Alright thanks. Any method to find out what the actual issue is, or should I just bring it to a repair shop?
Still no screenflashes/blackouts. Makes me wonder if it's actually a bad solder, because I did move around the laptop while trying to find out what the issue is.
Well, have you ever been into your BIOS setup?
You could try resetting the BIOS to factory defaults (even if you haven't been to your BIOS before).
