BSOD on restarting W7 64 bit and surfing in IE

 This notebook will push me to grave.
Now I've opened www.youtube.com and while I was reading comment in one video BSOD appeared. Then after OS restarted and Windows opening sound passed another BSOD appeared. After that same thing once again and then I entered Safe mode with networking to write this message.

P.S. When they changed the motherboard now it shows me that the model of laptop is HP 4440s instead of HP 4540s, there is little chance that there are some different drivers, but on the other hand I really doubt cause no error in device manager.

Guys I've been breaking my head and I thing that I'm on verge of solution, the point is that I think that wireless Bluetooth mouse is causing problem cause WiFi and Bluetooth are in combo, some clue from this page:
Gentoo Forums :: View topic - Bluetooth with Ralink RT3290 on HP ProBook 4740s

What do you think? In past BSOD appeared few times when I was moving mouse, and today I've tried Windows 8 and after that I installed Bluetooth drivers BSOD appeared, then I found this theme up.

Working for 6-9 hours with mouse connected by usb Bluetooth stick and no BSOD for now. The only thing what bothers me is it Worth to returning laptop back to service cause I see that many other HP laptops have the same issue.

With all the issues you're having and since they've likely installed the wrong board, I'd take it back to the shop, throw it at them ...maybe. ;)

LOL I won't cause I can't stand that maybe in the service they won't get BSOD cause all they do is to run the stress test, memory, HDD, etc. and it is waste of time. Now I Know that I will not use BT and WiFi toogether and that's it. Thank you all.
