sskylines, like you I cannot believe 4 graphics cards can be bad. By all observations, your PSU has no problems at all and is a quality brand. I personally believe it is the motherboard. But as a last try, unless you are using LucidLogix MVP or something similar, would you uninstall the Intel graphics drivers please. Disable LucidLogix in bios if you have that option. If you are not using that technology, the Intel drivers are not being used anyway, most likely. I know my board disables the on chip graphics if it detects a dedicated GPU.
Where did you buy the board? I cannot find the CF version of your board except on Amazon. Is this your board? Amazon.com: Gigabyte Z87 LGA 1150 CrossFireX DVI/HDMI mATX Motherboard (GA-Z87M-D3H): Computers & Accessories It has very few reviews, but they are not complimentary of it.
I can't find the CF version on Newegg. Also, have you tried running just 1 monitor with it? See if that makes a difference.
