Please do the following:
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal and upload the new dmp file/s here.
I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:
System Restore Point - Create
If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:
Safe Mode
Okay so after the memtest i didnt have any errors for a few hours, then the laptop started crashing again. I followed the steps and enabled the driver verifier and a BSOD occured within seconds of getting past the login page. Ive attached the DM logger report
See if an updated driver is available for the Synaptic Touchpad of the laptop:Code:fffff880`033ffb00 00000000`00000000 fffff880`033ffb08 00000000`0000000b fffff880`033ffb10 00000000`00000003 fffff880`033ffb18 fffff880`060cb68aUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\SynTP.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for SynTP.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for SynTP.sys SynTP+0x1e68a fffff880`033ffb20 18a66fa5`1239d1c5 fffff880`033ffb28 74356bf5`facb55cf fffff880`033ffb30 00000000`00000000 fffff880`033ffb38 00000000`00000000 fffff880`033ffb40 00000000`00000000

Please check under Start Menu\Programs\Intel is there an application called Intel Matrix Storage Manager?
Please do the following:
1. Click
2. Right click on "My Computer" icon and click "Manage" on the context menu.
3. It will open the "Computer Management" window.
4. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
5. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
6. Save a screen capture image of this window and upload it here in your next reply.
Uninstall this application - its a well-documented cause of system instability and BSOD.Code:DAEMON Tools Lite "c:\program files (x86)\daemon tools lite\dtlite.exe" -autorun TESLA\JACK HKU\S-1-5-21-2063627916-269710909-1350529449-1000\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Attached is the screenshot. No such program called Intel Matrix Storage Manager in the programs folder. Synaptics driver was uninstalled and re-installed using the link provided
NOTE: whilst monitoring the device manager, it automatically refreshed and removed the second IDE controller in the list
