Is Advanced Boot Options and then "repair your computer" working fine?

When I start my computer I have 2 options
    -start windows normally
    Launch start up repair

Whenever I choose any...I get the same result with the status oxc00000e9 message

It happened when I plugged my iPad into it while it was still starting( I thought it was opened but it was starting...) o

    Tried advanced boot options...same result!

So when you select "repair your computer":

    Status: Oxc00000e9

Info: An unexpected I/O error has occurred. " ?????

You get that error almost instantly? Or did you see activity on screen first? Give more info please.

You have a system reapir disc? System Repair Disc - Create
Or a win7 install disk? Windows 7 Direct Download Links, Official Disk Images from Digital River

We need one of them to be able to boot from and troubleshoot the issue.

You most likely see "windows is loading files"??? Or you really see the word "downloading"?

A progress bar is on the screen and about half full .... then the crash you talk about?

Windows recovery is just loading file WINRE.WIM (kind of zip file) to memory. It really crashes during load? Or do you see some kind of windows animation?
