I removed it. From the last dump report, is there anything that you recommend I try?

If that is your notebook, and the correct driver, you do have switchable graphics, and that driver was supposed to cure the driver. The last dump file was no different than most of the rest, it's still blaming the AMD driver.
How can I find out the exact model? I think it's available in the bios information, right?
Is there anything else that you'd recommend I try to correct the problem?

Click the start button, type device manager in the search box, click on the device manager entry that appears, click the arrow next to Display Adapters and tell me what is there.
It says AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics
Do you have a CPU temp monitoring program? If you do, tell me the temps you are seeing with it.
