    Minidump help...multiple blue screens

I have been getting multiple bluescreens every day since upgrading to Win7. System had been fairly stable running Vista. Originally, the BCCode was showing 101...recently 4a.

    BCCode: 4a
    BCP1: 0000000074F42DD9

    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFF8800523CCA0
    OS Version: 6_1_7600

I had installed Windows 7 "In Place" on top of Vista, so I decided to do a clean install. Things seemed to be going ok, but just had another BSOD. Same code as before. It always seems to happen when I click to open a new program...usually Firefox or iTunes.

Attached is the latest dump file.

What antivirus are you using? I had constant BSOD's and tried debugging myself... im no pro but it was something in my Norton 360 that wasn't loading.. 2 hours (no joke) I spent with a tech from Symantec and still couldn't figure it out so I did the best thing I could do... uninstall Norton, install Kaspersky IS 2010 and .. well... 4 days and so far NO ERRORS NO BSOD. I love the OS.

Ive heard of others having similar problems with Zonaalarm as well although I only speak fron what I've seen in forums, not from experience. My only was with Norton...
I know it's a stretch but maybe unistall the antivirus and put in a trial version of something else.. I have and heard that Kaspersky gives no problems and it's pretty good as far as internet security goes.. if all else fails, may be worth a shot...
    Good luck.

That's the problem as vsmon.exe has been mentioned in the debug files.

I'm beta testing ZA Extreme myself for last 2 months and it's been perfect here. Seems to be causing problems by you though.

What you want to do is completely uninstall that from your system. Don't just disable because that will not fix it.

If you're curious what I'm running, have a look at this.

    Thanks for the help.

I had already decided that it was probably ZoneAlarm causing the problem. No blue screens since uninstalling last night. I am currently testing a 30-day trial of AVG Internet Security 9. So far, so good.
