BSOD randomly Crashes my Laptop and freezes at Memory dump 100

I recently contracted a .scr virus and removed it using malwarebytes, for the last couple of days my laptop would randomly BSOD, usually when i turn on the laptop of shut it down, it then freezes at memory dump 100 so i need to manually turn off my PC by holding the off switch. I read up on the posting instructions of a BSOD and ran DM Log Collector. This should be attached below. I just really want to stop the BSOD from happening continuously, pls help.

You installed malwarebytes as a trial and the trial period is expired?

MBAM causes BSODs only in two situations. First, it is an expired trial; and second, it is a pirated license.

Whatever, you uninstall MBAM. Go to https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/ and get the Malwarebytes
Anti-Malware (neither the premium one nor the free trial).
Let us know for any further BSOD after doing it.

    MBAM, my malwarebytes is fine?

I downloaded that malwarebytes that you posted for me and all is good, the only thing I think might be expired is my Avira trial, and is almost impossible to uninstall. I tried de fragmenting my hard drive and it sped up my computer and then blue screened again. I'm still getting Blue screens, mostly on start-ups and shutdowns. But on my other computer user it happens randomly, at times when the internet browser is opened or just happens after about 5 mins. I am still unsure on what is causing this...

As it appears that the windows install is messed up with those things, it would be really good to start afresh. Read teh following links for it:
