    64 bit laptop blue screen problem

    Hello- have a 64bit Win7 Pro laptop that had a fresh Win7 install done for BSOD problems but we continue to have them. Hoping it is just a bad or out dated driver that was reinstalled that is causing the issue and not something hardware related. DM file log attached. I appreciate your help very much. Thanks.

    Symantec is causing issues. Uninstall Symantec and install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.

       Note
    Make sure you uncheck the 'Enable Free Trial' box when installing.

    Code:
    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff880014f622e, fffff880037850d8, fffff88003784930}

    Probably caused by : SYMDS64.SYS ( SYMDS64+622e )
