    Computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. Error 0x000000d1 OR 0x000000F4


    The computer of a colleague (Dell Latitude E7440, Core i5-4300U, 8 Gb, 256 SSD, processor integrated graphic card..) crashed 4 times that last week with BSOD "Computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. 0x000000d1 (OR 0x000000F4)"

    I ran the DM Log Collector and uploaded the generated files.

    Can you please help ?

    I am not sure to understand. My colleague works on WIndows 7, not 8.

    Can yoy confirm that I have to post on WIndows 8 in that case ?

    Apologies, I went off the OS in your profile under your username where it said 8.1 and didn't see anything different in your post. I'll look at these later tonight for you.
