    BSOD during shutdown or restart sequence


    Hi,
    I have started to have problems during shutdown or restart sequence. When I shut down my laptop (start>shutdown) it looks like it will shut down completely but then it turns on by itself and shows BSOD. Here is the picture of BSOD.

    Can someone explain to me how to solve it.

    CPU: Intel Core i3-4000M Processor( 2.40GHz 1600MHz 3MB)
    RAM: 8GB PC3-12800 DDR3L SDRAM 1600 MHz
    Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4600
    Storage: SSD 120GB Kingston V300

    Your bugchecks are 0xF4's, this could mean that there's a virus, a failing harddrive, failing RAM stick/s. I have been having this problem for a few days and thought someone on this forum could help me out.
I bought a Matrox G450x4 MMS graphics card so i could run three monitors. I installed it in my brand new dell Optiplex. Windows detects all 4 monitors but only one is enabled. A shutdown program sequence

I have a program that needs to be shut down before I shut down my comp. I have a tweak that forces shut downs but I would prefer to have an automatic shut down sequence so I can have that particular program shut down before the comp shuts down. Is it possible to create a shutdown sequence?
