Last night, device manager started scanning for new devices constantly on a random time interval. I looked at all the error logs available but there was nothing reported (no hardware error, no disconnect, no application error, etc.). Model is Acer Aspire One D270.
Internal bluetooth doesn't work.
Nothing in device manager.
Fn+F3 is meant to control it, but doesn't.
May be because I've messed with some programs.
Trying to re-install to factory settings.
Any suggestions at all?

Still trying to find out why the Ports, Coms, etc don't show anywhere in Device Manager.
I noticed an old Post where it said to look in add/Remove Hardware.
Where do I find this Add/Remove Hardware option, please ?

I've had Windows 7 installed for ages but just recently it has started doing something weird
When I start it up it doesn't recognise both my network card & USB ports(both on motherboard)
They are in the device manager wlth the yellow marks beside them, if I disable/enable them the work fine...
I think I have Bluetooth ability but I can't seem to find any evidence of this in the Device Manager. Where would it generally be located?
