    Unknown BSOD earlier today

    Hello again all,

I received an unexpected shutdown sometime earlier today but was away from my system when it occurred. I should note that I have multiple anti-virus and anti-malware programs, along with a cleaner program currently running on my system (HitmanPro, Malwarebytes, McAfee Livesafe, and CCleaner). Aside from HitmanPro, all have real time protection enabled.

As always, your input would be most helpful. I have also attached the dump file as well. Thanks again, everyone!

Ccleaner may advertise itself partly as a security program, because it can remove files and programs from malware, but it isn't actually a security program

Check Dell for bluetooth driver updates, or reinstall the drivers.

Thank you for the reply, axe. I kind of figured that to be the case. Even though CCleaner is a good program, I did end up uninstalling it out of fears that the "monitoring" system would put too much load on my system. Since then, however, I have not experienced any unexpected shutdowns, so for now, I will rule CCleaner as the cause.

I will still check for driver updates, though. Thanks again!
