Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Boot Error

After POST, when looking for preload files, I get a "SVWID is missing. Press CTRL+ALT+Delete to Restart". It is very reminiscent of NTLDR is missing. Have not found any matched on Google(?!?!?) and nothing in the deep web either. If anyone else has had this problem or the svwid rings a bell to anyone, please help. Thank you.

    Try this:

You may need to do startup repair 3 to 4 times.

    Startup Repair

    System Repair Disc - Create

    System Recovery Options

    Repair Install

    yea well.

More info on this. Have tried basic thing in previous post, have not done repair install. I have quite a few Linux distro. live cd's, so I booted 1 up, and checked my Laptop which has Windows 7 Ultimate x86. The svwid file is not in the drive. I haven't checked a x64 installation. I used all possible File Carvers with linux, to no avail. I tried running WINE with Recuva, but it can't recognize drives; as well as Restoration. I am at work right now, and can't exactly put my full attention into this thread, I will post more once I am home.
