    I could...


    I could pull the memory out and switch it with some on the shelf, but before I go doing that I wanted to give you a little bit more information. I talked to the customer recently and he said the computer crashes when he plays Monopoly by Parker Brothers. It only crashes when you exit the program. Included is the NEW minidump, which looks like it's the same thing as before.

    Well it still looks like bad RAM.

    The only thing that stands out to me is that both games you mentioned are by the same company (Game House).

    Since I have yet to see a dmp from you where one of those games has not been running at the time of the crash, I wonder if the problem is with the game, and not your computer.

    Well...


    The customer's supposed to be bringing in the games for me to reinstall, but I'm still waiting...
