Try removing any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

    Update this old driver:
    Code:
    9d360000 9d363180 mdmxsdk mdmxsdk.sys Mon Jun 19 17:26:59 2006 (449716A3)
Also run a memory test. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and run it for at least 5 passes.

Please post any more dmps you get.

    UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP_M (1000007f)
This means a trap occurred in kernel mode, and it's a trap of a kind
that the kernel isn't allowed to have/catch (bound trap) or that
is always instant death (double fault). The first number in the
bugcheck params is the number of the trap (8 = double fault, etc)
Consult an Intel x86 family manual to learn more about what these
traps are. Here is a *portion* of those codes:
    If kv shows a taskGate
use .tss on the part before the colon, then kv.
Else if kv shows a trapframe
            use .trap on that value
    Else
.trap on the appropriate frame will show where the trap was taken
(on x86, this will be the ebp that goes with the procedure KiTrap)
    Endif
kb will then show the corrected stack.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 00000008, EXCEPTION_DOUBLE_FAULT
    Arg2: 801df000
    Arg3: 00000000

    Hey,

    1) I had Daemon so I uninstalled it.

    2) About that driver, Im not sure how to update it. I found it C:\Windows\System32\Drivers when i right-click on it and see Created date its 18.6.2006 but Change date 24.4.2010.

    3) I ran Memtest86 3 times, first and second time it freezed (i took pictures if you'd like to see them) but 3rd test ran through whole night without problems with 7 passes i think.

    4) Recently i had BSOD but it wasnt in Minidump folder. To give you more clue, my freezing problems go with Kernel-Power 41 message (which dont make dump file), i know it tells you only you have to restart your computer, but is there anyway to figure out what caused Kernel-Power 41 ?

    5) Anyway Im sending here rest of my minidumps

I still see sptd.sys. Could you please post a screenshot of your Programs and Features window?

I also see your network drivers mentioned. Please update them, or uninstall them and install a fresh copy.

    Hey,

in msconfig I start only antivirus, I have turned off everything.

What could give you a clue is 2nd screen of eventlog. As you see Kernel-Power 41 is there after one or two minutes when I log in. What i noticed before Kernel-Power 41 there always repeting same errors, maybe thats can give a clue what is wrong.

Did you just disable this items now, or have they been disabled before?

Sorry about the event viewer, it's in a different language.

You may also check in regedit>HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run for any clues. Screenshots are always helpful.

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run is another place to look.
