    iv updated the drivers for the network card and the mouse.

    as to the ntoskrnl.exe issue. i changed mem. seems like there is some compatibility issue with the Geil memory and the CPU. don't think its a bored issue cause i replaced like 5 times already,

    either the CPU is not 100% or there is some conflict between mem and CPU. Running with 4 gigs
    Corsair at the moment, been 4 days now without BSOD. so hope it stays this way.

    will post an update in a few days again..
