How about a 5ml tank on something... well not so skinny but "short"?
In the picture you can see another picture of how it should look with the prefilled cartridges they sell for the Zippo look alike. I dropped in an 808 to 510 adapter and short extension and took this one for a ha ha when first getting that. Here's a better view of the 350mah Zippo look alike ecig with another brand's refillable 808 cartimizer on it instead.
You should see a 6ml tank on top of an eGo 350mah mini battery. Those batteries are only as tall as a 1.6ml clearomizer with the drip tip taken off.
That zippo mod looks good. I'm trying to decide on a tank for the Vamo. It comes with 2 CE4's.
Has anyone tried one of these Silo

Yep the swivel tips are good and gives you another option for how much to tilt the device when fluid is low or your in a recliner chair or laying down...
Fortunately they are sold separately from the tanks too
Button still shows Green and on day 5 :)
You have the energizer bunny battery.
This one takes 6mls

That sounds very good. Do you know anyone who sells it? I suppose I could google it, or buy the flavors separate but I'm feeling lazy today
Found it, will order some soon

Inferno is a great device it just needs to be cleaned a little more than I would like,
Most of that I'm sure was reusing/ cleaning the old coils which did work but not for very long before I had to repeat the cleaning kind of a daily chore because they would wear out the batteries even sooner,
With a new coil I expect another 3 weeks out of it as when I first started using it and minimal cleaning the drip tip from gurgling from the coil not quite powerful enough to keep up with session demand.
This itaste says it needs 6 hours to fully charge which I'm now doing :)
6-1/2 hrs to charge.
