I kinda feel sorry for the folks who are going to be taken in by listings which offer to sell them an activation key by itself (which the W7 Eula prohibits...) that the sellers claim is valid, and can be used to download a copy of Windows7 from Microsofts online store...
A couple of days ago I reported about a dozen such listings to eBay and the Vero rep' for Microsoft in the United Kingdom - and nothing's been done, but I see almost every listing in question has resulted in a transaction happening
Reporting these listings was just an experiment to see just how little eBay care about intellectual property, but why on earth don't they act when all these clandestine sales can possibly result in are credit card chargebacks and Paypal disputes?
I'm not sure who are the biggest schmucks, the buyers or the sellers...
