    When we had an earthquake here a few years ago (VERY rare to have one that you can actually feel in this country) I was too far away to feel the shaking, but I could hear a noise that sounded like a sonic boom. I guess Earthquakes are noisy things

    6.7 Strikes Alaskan Islands



    The U.S. Geological Survey says the 6.7-magnitude quake struck at 9:56 p.m. Saturday and was centered in the Bering Sea about 110 miles northeast of Dutch Harbor or 930 miles west of Anchorage. The quake hit about 21 miles beneath the seabed.

    8.8-8.9 earthquake in Japan.

    6.0, 7.0- aftershocks. Tsunamis hitting. Watching the footage of the waves come in and cars fleeing/getting hit.

    This is after the 7.0- the other day.
