Hey everybody,
I've been getting system crashes and restarts for the past two months. It seems to be completely random and I never use any programs that are too intensive - at most photoshop. In the first day it happened, it restarted 5 times within half an hour. This was helped by me doing a system restore. Still had the problem but it was around once a day. After talking to HP support a few days ago and doing that the guy told me to do, it got waaay worse and I restored it again. It's still worse than before but slightly better.
Anyway, I have no idea what I should do. Please help!

HP p6330f refurb
Windows 7 x64 OEM,
Intel Core i3 530, 2.93 Ghz
1TB SATA HD, 6GB RAM
age - about 3 months.

Attached is the BSOD .rar and the blue screen error

I suspect ZoneAlarm is the cause here. Please remove it with with this tool: http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/support/cpes_clean.exe

Reset the Windows Firewall. Open an elevated command prompt and enter netsh advfirewall reset.

I believe CCleaner is deleting your memory dumps. Please disable it for now, until you determine the BSODs have stopped.

So far it seems to have worked. I left it on for 24 hours and no restart. I can't believe it was ZA at the root of the problem, thought it must've been hardware related. Thanks for that speedy quick solution John! Finally after 2 months ^.^

Thanks for the report hqi1321, I'm glad it's all sorted out.

ZoneAlarm has a long history of causing BSODs. If you're interested, here's a big list of ZA BSODs

Perhaps the makers of ZoneAlarm will fix their product someday, but until then, we must continue to ask BSOD victims to remove it.

Good luck with your machine, let us know if you need anything else.

It happened again

It restarted again. No BSOD, but I had it on for a while - pretty much all night and it woke up me a few hours ago after restarting. :-/
