Occasional BSOD, but mainly Crashes and reboots when watching Videos

No. I mean youtube works after I uninstalled ALL my Video drivers. No ATi drivers , nothing. =S

No BSOD.

You only uninstall dedicated graphic card, which is ATi, u still have intigrated graphic card, which I think is Intel... So, please continue to use your system, if u are confident that there is no more BSODs, then probably the problem is due to ATi stuff:sarc:

integrated mean onboard, ATi is dedicated, which you can replace :D
ATi let you play games, entertain, doing jobs on computer that need high graphic configuration

Standard VGA Adaptor works fine. But does that mean the actual ATi drivers are the problem? =S

I guess so!!! When you are 100% confident about VGA adaptor, re-install ATi drivers (most up-to-date), to see if the problem has gone away

Oh man. I've narrowed it down; the latest Drivers for my graphics card doesn't like Youtube. Because I just uninstalled it, and it worked fine, then when I reinstalled it, it crashed it again, And because with the ATI installation manager , it doesn't let you NOT install the Microsoft Visual C++ 08 Redist, I uninstalled the Driver again, to see if it was maybe the actually CC++ 08 Redist, turns out it wasn't.

So it's definitely the damned driver. =\

I'm going to try install the driver version before the latest and see if that screws it up.

I'm not an expert about hardware but I doubt if u try all possible ways with the same outcome, I could be problem with the ATi card, which I mentioned earlier, can be replaced.

I don't tihnk its the card itself. I think its the drivers. Because my Stepdad uses the exact same cards, Gigabyte ATi Radeon HD5870 1GBDDR5's but in Xfire (which i doubt would make a difference) and he has the same problem with the same drivers =S

Try This: I had EXACTLY this issue and have just solved it. Regardless of information otherwise, my theory is that ATI current driver catalyst 10.6 does NOT work with Flash player 10.1 No matter whose fault this is doesnt matter.
Find and download an old version of Flash 10.0.45.2
This was tricky to find so look here - Archived Flash Player versions
i did a full uninstall of 10.1 flash - including hunting down and deleting the "Flash player" folders still hiding in Windows\System32 and SysWOW64 folders! Reboot then install Flash 10.0.45.2 and all should be sweet.

I haven't tried your method, but I actually updated the BIOS on my Graphics Card. It had an old bios or something, and so I went to the manufacturer's website and updated its bios, risking like, bricking my card, but it was alright, i updated it and it fixed everything. ^^
