How to change the color of the taskbar

My graphics card doesn't support aero, and the taskbar color is the windows 7 basic color, and I have windows 7 premium, so can I change it?

As your card does not support Aero, you would need to download a 3rd Party Theme that has the color changed for the taskbar. You would have to do a search for Custom Non-Aero Themes for Windows 7.
