Hi..
I recently installed Windows Ultimate 7. But, may Desktop has been disable at first instalation. And that case, i have chage regristy and try some tool desktop bg but no result.
Any good suggestions what one should do?

Disable UAC temporarily (User Account Control - UAC - Change Notification Settings ) and see if it resolves the issue .
The shot says your desktop is a slide show . What do you actually get there ?

You might check using the tutorials below to see if changing the desktop background may have been disabled or had a background specified preventing it from being changed.

after I tried two solution above. The desktop change back to solid color again. I don't know why.

Check with the tutorial below to see if you may have the Remove background images (where available) box checked by mistake in Ease of Access Center.
