Near your BIOS storage listings should be controller settings, normally offering AHCI, IDE, SATA, RAID, etc.

We recommend trying AHCI first for install, however you would want to set it back to what it was after resetting BIOS to defaults so that Win7 will start. So take note of what the setting is.

In your case with the split Intel/J. Micron controller mess I would wait for a hardware expert to proceed.

They should in the Storage section of BIOS, near where the HD's are recognized. Have you read your Manual? It should be available on the Support Downloads webpage for your mobo model.

The BIOS, and a JMicron section can be found at Hoppy's MSI MB manual link. Post #27: removing "press any key to continue"?
I believe the BIOS settings are in section 3.1, and JMicron follows in the next section near the back of the manual.

I have been interested because I have a JMicron Controller in our Machine.

    Have you cleared the BIOS?

Are you booting okay from the Hitachi SATA HD like you originally were?

In your manual for the Jmicron contoller there's this statement:

Be sure to set RAID mode for the Onboard JMB361 Mode of Integrated Peripherals in BIOS before configuring the JMicron BIOS utility. After that press F10 to save the configuration and exit. During boot up (POST), press CTRL+J to enter the JMicorn BIOS RAID utility.
What are the settings for the items in your BIOS, "Integrated Peripherals", "On-Chip ATA Devices" menu? According to the manual you should have these items to select from:
    • IDE HDD Block Mode
    • PCI IDE BusMaster
    • Primary/Secondary Master/Slave PIO
    • Primary/Secondary Master/Slave UDMA
    • On-Chip Secondary PCI IDE
    • IDE\RAID Control

Does booting still pause on that screenshot you previously posted?

What are the selections available for the last item on your last BIOS screenshot (IDE\RAID Control)?

What other options are available besides Auto for the IDE Primary/Secondary you're using? Maybe if you chose the actual device it would skip the menu screen.

Screen pauses stating "detect drives done,no any drives found" and boots.
    Options are "IDE-RAID-Disabled"
