ASUS M2V-MX SE bios update

Hello
Basically, had problems with the kernel nvidia graphic error which makes my PC go crazy. After checking some (possibly) solutions, there were some recommendations that I need to update my BIOS. The problem is that I have ASUSTeK M2V-MX SE motherboard, and there are no Windows 7 BIOS updates, nor updaters... Please help?

If you have a floppy drive and a floppy disk, no need for a Windows installer. From the manual for your motherboard (which if you don't have can be downloaded from the link above),

I don't have a floppy drive ^^ Can it be done via USB Flash or CD?
