Which X-Fi Fatality? There are two of them (at least), one is PCI and the other is PCI-E and they don't use the same driver.
Remember you do have onboard 8-channel HD audio on that board, unless you are dead set against it for some reason, enable it in BIOS setup and use the existing output.
Just a thought !

Today Installed official sound blaster xfi fatality driver for win7 from creative.com - It fix the prob but i can't ajust the bass db level. So that was it ! Well it is better than nothing isn't it :)

If so you need to either download the Console Launcher from here,
Creative Worldwide Support
or use that "unofficial" install disk I linked too. Personally I would go with the disk over the download from Creative if for no other reason than it is a newer version that what Creative is offering.
