    Hi OrganisedMess,

Thanks for posting the details of the device manager. There seems to be some drivers not installed on the system.

Please install the drivers for your system from the link below:

    Acer | Download

Select the option Search by Serial Number or SNID and then enter your serial number as NXM09EK0012331874C1601. It will locate your model number as Aspire E1-571 and you would be able to download the drivers for your system.

You can download the video driver from the link below:

    http://global-download.acer.com/GDFi...C=ACER&SC=PA_6

Remember, most of the serial numbers doesn't have O as an alphabet it should be treated as 0 numeric.

Hope you should be able to install all the drivers and it resolves the issue. If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.

I have owned this laptop for roughly 6 months now however recently my Laptop screen keeps crashing, refreshing and then displaying the message 'The graphics driver has stopped responding and has recovered'. I currently have an Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics card. The crashes occur mostly when I play video games, watch videos and move this to fast. Also there are what seems to be dead pixels on my screen but I can mouse over them and they disappear. Help would be appreciated.

Mine does the same thing on one of my Laptop !
