Wireless Mouse 2.4 Ghz GE99917 not working.

Hello my friends,

I have a mouse GE99917. The battery is good. When I plug usb receiver on PC, automatically installs the drivers, but it doesn't work.

Can anyone help me with the drivers?

Hi there ... There are two buttons one on the Mouse and one on the Receiver ... Make sure they are both turned on then Install the latest Driver ...

Look inside the battery case and make sure you have the batteries installed correctly.

I had the same problem and was unable to resolve it.

This model has a 1 star rating on Amazon, so I'm assuming it's just junk. The mouse is made by Jasco and sold under the GE brand. Apparently it works on Windows 8/8.1 without issue, however, it has issues with Windows 7.

The USB receiver does not have any buttons on it at all. (Unlike most Wireless Mice). So there is little troubleshooting to attempt. I've tried 3 machines, two Windows 7 machines and 1 Windows 8 machine. When the USB receiver is plugged in some universal Microsoft drivers are installed on Windows 7. However the mouse fails to work. On Windows 8 it works on the first try. There are no drivers available by Jasco or GE. Jasco's technical support confirms this, their suggestion is to just use Windows 8.

So I just wanted to come here and say the USB receiver doesn't have a sync or connect button and that the mouse seems to be problematic on Windows 7. Best of luck!
