I have an HP H2F74AA BlueTooth wireless (via USB port dongle) that has started frustrating me recently.

Is this a 'browser issue" or is it something more fundamental?

If I use the "Windows" key on my KB and open Devices and Printers I don't even need to click on the icon for the HP Link-5 micro dongle to get the cursor back.

If there is an 'easy fix' I'd love to learn about it.

My System Specs are available to the forum.

I'm currently using as my browser:

User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 SeaMonkey/2.49.5
Build identifier: 20190804195114

It reports as 'up to date' under Help...

thanks

Does it happen when you're working or if the computer remains without use for a while?
Is your keyboard a USB or PS2?
It can be that the USB is being shut ed down. Check your power plan.
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings - Change advanced power settings- USB - USB selective suspend = Disable
