How to Fix unknown drivers in windows 7 ultimate?  

After reading through some more sites I think it's what they call an Intel matrix storage manager, which seems to only work with XP. Check the HP site for this driver if they have it . If they do, and only in either XP or vista we can try and install it in compatibility mode. Fabe Compatibility Mode

It's been solved and JMicron Card Reader Driver was missing. I installed and everything fine.
