Post #31 you posted that the company gave you administrative privileges.

I am not breaking any rules, I have made it clear to the company and they have agreed to give me access to it. They gave me administrative priviledges. I choose to not get the I.T involved because it is $150 an hour...

The company has, but it still requires more power when trying to access that, I could ask the office manager to login as admin but that would be a hassle for a minor thing. Is there any other way of retrieving this information while my devices are plugged in? I have been given administrative ability although it requires the authority for certain things.

Derekimo, it requires administrative log in to use that method, I prefer not to hassle the company. Any other thoughts?

Hi Derekimo, I found that Bluetooth Broadcom 4.0 BCM20702 but not the WLE171. It seems when I connect the dongle to my new USB Hub it actually flashes blue. I have asked for administrator log in and will try to reinstall it with it connected to the HUB. Any ideas while I have administrator log in?

Isn't that the outcome you were looking for?

I really don't have any other ideas, I was just trying to see if there were hardware ID's that would lead to drivers.

No luck, I am taking the device back home, when I tried to get it installed it gave me the "Device Failed" until I went to manually search for the drivers. After all the green ticks showed and it was correctly installed it still did not show properly in my volume bar as a device to use to hear from.
