Yes that is it, just no microphone
That's what I was talking about with more information. :)

Looking at that thing and that I can't seem to find an actual manufacturer, I think it may be just a cheap unit.

I don't know anything about bluetooth so I can't offer any help.

If you don't get any replies try adding the brand name of the dongle next time, if you search for this,

    USB Bluetooth Dongle (BCM20702)

There are several different brands that use the Broadcom chip.

Yeah it was from China but it worked fine on my laptop at home, it is just the work computers have been configured some how. I do not know what would be stopping it from working 100%

OK, apparently you didn't read the actual rules last time I warned you,

    2) No useless posts, e.g., thread bumping, useless one liners, junk posting to increase post count, and identical multi-postings in different forums.
I gave you an idea in my last post, if you aren't adding something to the thread and no one is replying it may just be that no one knows how to fix that.

Bumping your thread is doing nothing to help you get it fixed, get creative and think of something.

You are basically just poking someone to say hey and it's getting annoying.

I highly doubt no one is able to fix it, tell me how else will I maintain people reading and posting without bumping?

Get creative, I already gave you something to post about in post #21, and you chose to just bump.

Add something to the thread would be the general rule.

You were recommending for me to include the Model Name in my next thread is that correct? We have identified which device I am trying to fix. I would just like to know what settings would need to be enabled so that it will work properly on a computer which has been restricted by the company.

    There is the clue.
computer which has been restricted by the company.

I personally don't help someone break their companies computer rules.
Their I.T. department put those rules their for a reason. As I tried to explain in my post #7.

I believe that rule #6 will cover the NO hacking of others computers.

    6) No discussions of hacking someones system, network, password, etc.
