model NO PSAGCE -03/00UGR

(note: this is not my pc, it is for my cousin overseas and i cant do win updates coz wont run over there...

This is a classic example of why it is always a good idea to run Windows upgrade adviser before instillation, especially since the exact model # can't be found on the Toshiba site nor the Toshiba upgrade adviser. I don't like recommending third part driver update programs especially ones you need to pay for but in this case you may want to look into this sticky about Driver Max. Where did your cousin buy the laptop? If it was in europe or asia then it might have been a special version that is not listed on the english one that your looking at. Just an idea.
