Hello. Recently for the past month ive been trying to install Widows 7 onto my Mac Pro 2013 With no successes. My current progress is seeing the 7 logo connect but then the logo freezes. Using safe mode the computer seams to hang at "CLASSPNP.sys" but after using another install of Windows 7, I think that its the next instance "Did not load driver Hal.inf,%acpi_amd64.devicedesc%;ACPI x64-based PC" as the driver loads after Classpnp.sys does load. There is a 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] install I used but a different file hanged. Im not sure what to do at this point. Would taking this “hal.inf” file from a Windows 8.1 install fix the Uefi hang? I really could use some help. I am still going to try and get Windows 7 to work on this machine, but I think I need to install Windows 8.1 first and see what drivers and files are being used to see what I could try next to copy everything over. If anyone has any advice, id be more then happy to take it.
