    i have optiarc-dvd-rw-AD-5170A but on the main page i cannot find a update for it

    That doesn't need any driver beyond whatever either Windows installs or the chipset driver. At best the manufacturer might have a firmware update, and even then if there is one I wouldn't install it unless you were having the issue that is/was fixed by it (and just like a bios update for a motherboard (just another word for firmware), if done wrong can brick the optical drive).
