    Yep. :)

    I started learning a little while ago, but never really got the hang of it. Never had any ideas on what I would want to make, until I upgraded from XP to 7 and found my system couldn't handle transparency.. So I took back to it and made this.

    TransWin - Make any windows on desktop to be transparent
