Windows Explorer Icons Problem!

    i put the UAC on Always Notify.
    i did run CMD with open as admin.
    but the thing is it showed me C:\Windows\
    without the system32 part, is this ok?
    and i well tell you if it goes well.

    Type cd c:\windows\system32 and press enter.
    Then the sfc /scannow .

    where do i type " cd c:\windows\system32"?

    In the command window. Alternatively run the attached bat file as "Run as admin".
