I tried it but it changes to a Classic theme and does not show the red/green title bars. I extracted to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes.
Did you do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.

Here you go Extract the zip folder and put both 1 Eddy theme folder and 1 Eddy.theme file in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
Will show up in Personalization as Eddy

One problem is that is it remains a blue border around the edge
That's because the OP ask for title bar change not all the borders.

Bongo, do you have any idea as to why running this changed to the classic view and did not use red/green title bars?

Ok, now it works. This is soooo great! How do you learn to write these themes?

Thanks for helping me with that. I also have trouble seeing, in the task bar, which task has focus. Is there a way to change the color (or intensity) of that highlight?

Thanks for helping me with that. I also have trouble seeing which icon is highlighted in the task bar (i.e., task that has focus). Is there a way to change that?

There are six different states for in the taskbar button (when you have a program or something open) they are Normal, Hover, Pressed, Normal Selected, Hover Selected, Pressed Selected.

There are three different states for things you have pinned to the taskbar and they are Normal Pinned, Hover Pinned, Pressed Pinned.

I can add a different color either solid or transparent to any of them states.

I can also change the font, font size, text color, for the taskbar buttons but it's an all or one thing there I cannot make it different for each state.

Let me know what you would like done.
