Hello as my title says after installing sp1 my system or let's say "task manger" not responding.

When this occurs i can do alt tab and the system response is fine.

i didnt had this problems at all at the beggining and my machine is pretty fine and new to have that kind of problem.

    Memory: 8192MB RAM
    Available OS Memory: 8176MB RAM
Page File: 3005MB used, 13342MB available
    Windows Dir: C:\Windows
    DirectX Version: DirectX 11
    DX Setup Parameters: Not found
User DPI Setting: Using System DPI
System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent)
    DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled
    DxDiag Version: 6.01.7601.17514 32bit Unicode
Also i update my bios to see if anything change nothing my memory is good..

but i dont know what else i have been searching about 1 month and i found 1 hotfix that microsoft release after sp1

Computer randomly stops responding because of a deadlock situation in Windows Server 2008 R2 or in Windows 7

    Button nothing change.

Also i did unistall my firefox cause i thought this was the problem for 1 day it was good after again the problems start i am start thinking that the adobe flash player is the problem..

    Any ideas thoughts thank you..!

    Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

I can't guarantee this will fix your problem, but you might want to download and install the Windows Updates Readiness Tool.

Download: System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [August 2011] - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

"This tool is being offered because an inconsistency was found in the Windows servicing store which may prevent the successful installation of future updates, service packs, and software. This tool checks your computer for such inconsistencies and tries to resolve issues if found."

    Task Manager

Have you recently changed/installed any hardware?
If so, make sure that all of your RAM sticks, power and data cables are properly seated in their sockets.

Remember to turn off the power first (at the wall socket also)!

Make sure that you touch the metal PC case to dissipate static, BEFORE touching your RAM.

Maybe you could run "Task Manager" (split screen) and a program that has the problems (e.g. Firefox?).
Have "Task Manager" set to the "Processes" tab and check to see if any processes are suddenly using up all of your CPU.

    No hardware modifications made.

When i took it had installed the OS all was smooth after i installed SP1 the problems started.

I will also do a memtest to be sure and also will try your advices to see if anything will change up.

also if i do the task manager thing. and suddenly something use all my CPU what is happening, what this mean?

    It depends on the process.
If you notice something like that happening, you could report it here and someone might be able to suggest a remedy.
Also you could do an Internet search about the process in question and see if there have been any reported problems with it.

It might even be a malware/virus process, disguised as a legitimate one.

You may need to open the "Command Prompt" and execute:
    sfc /scannow

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Also i am not having anything like virus/malware, currently every week i am doing 3 checks (microsoft security essen. / malwarebytes , and spybot. )

also nothing is being reported to me or anything have been stolen these time i have the problem.
