Unless you have in the mouse program a editing or erase setting I'm thinking infection. First I would try another mouse set a default. To check for infection I recommend
Windows Defender Offline
Sometimes .. the firmware come when you run wds update ,
i have 3 MS mouses .... [newest models -blue-light] .. all of them messed up when i install firm ware ..!!!
I uninstall them all ... just run it as plug and play .
I think your pc got infected ...
Run MalwareByte ...
I ran MalwareBytes and had 21 objects so cleared it up .. will let yall know in a couple days what happens ...
well here we are at square one . worked good for a couple of days , but still eraseing .. Grrrrrrrrr
Well I'm thinking you got infected again. Do the Malwarebytes thing again and see it it finds the same things. Then try Windows Defender Offline
Are you using a utorrant ?
Let us know what either programs find.
Windows 7 built in Defender and Defender Off Line are two different programs.
Utorrent is a Bittorrent. Google them. Using them to download things is a very good way to keep getting infected.
is it a free download . I cant afford these expensive dowloads
